Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This product is operated by 青岛市崂山区星火众成网络信息技术工作室 (an individual business registered in Qingdao, China). You can reach us through the support link on the Chrome Web Store or Edge Add-ons listing, or by email at the address in section 11. The product does one thing: turn the current web page into a full-page screenshot, a PDF document, and a structured material pack.
2. Data we process

The extension requests access to all websites. It reads only the page you are viewing, and only after you start a capture. It does not read other pages, browsing history, bookmarks, passwords, or the contents of other tabs.
4. Processing limits
- Page content, screenshots, and material packs are not uploaded to our servers;
- The extension loads no remote analytics or third-party scripts; website analytics are described in section 5;
- Sponsored content maps the template you selected (content analysis, design reconstruction, or bug reproduction) to a product category keyword. Browsing preferences and page content are not recorded. Without a configured sponsorship server, only local examples are shown and no remote request is made. When third-party affiliate content is enabled, selection and claim requests send the random installation ID, category keyword, and product ID; page content, screenshots, URLs, and browsing history are never uploaded. Sponsored items are labelled as ads and can be skipped;
- We do not collect account passwords, card numbers, national ID numbers, or other payment information;
- We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
5. Website analytics (website only, not the extension)
This website (4api.net.cn) uses self-hosted analytics that cover page visits only and never touch any data inside the extension. We record page path, referring domain, device type (desktop / tablet / mobile), browser language, and anonymous event counts such as store-button clicks.
- No cookies, no browser storage, and no third-party analytics service;
- No raw IP storage: the server hashes "daily salt + IP + browser identifier" and uses it only for same-day unique-visitor counting; the raw IP is never written to disk;
- No page content, screenshots, form input, or browsing history is recorded;
- Detail data is kept for 90 days and deleted automatically afterwards;
- If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the analytics script stops reporting;
- Analytics are used only to understand page traffic and improve content — never for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.
6. Payments and nature of the service
Licence purchases are completed with WeChat Pay. When you choose a plan, the extension sends only the selected plan to our payment service, in order to generate a WeChat Pay QR code and to poll the order status during that payment flow; polling stops when payment finishes or the code expires. Payment itself is completed in the WeChat app, so the extension never sees card numbers or payment credentials. Refunds for abnormal orders are reviewed manually and are never issued automatically.
This is a first-party tool: we sell licences for our own software only. We do not host third-party merchants, resell goods, or share revenue on user-created content. Partner products shown on the site are provided by the relevant platform; clicking one takes you to that platform to browse and transact, and we do not handle the payment.
7. Retention and deletion
- Quota, licence, preferences, and local statistics stay on your device and are removed when you uninstall the extension;
- Local statistics can be cleared from the statistics page at any time;
- Downloaded images, PDFs, and ZIP files are yours to keep or delete;
- We do not keep server-side copies of page content or material packs.
8. Security
Before exporting a material pack, the product scans for possible keys, passwords, national ID numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses. When something is found, the export pauses until you confirm redaction. The scan runs locally and found content is not uploaded. It uses pattern rules, so false positives and false negatives are possible; the final decision is yours.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Because page content and exports never leave your device, most requests can be met by clearing local data or uninstalling the extension. For anything else, contact us using section 11. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Legal bases (EEA/UK). Local processing happens on your device at your direction. Sponsored-content requests, when enabled, rely on our legitimate interest in funding the free tier; you can avoid them by not interacting with sponsored items. Payment processing, when available, is necessary to perform a contract. We also process data where required by law.
International transfers. Page content and exports never leave your device. If a sponsorship server is enabled, the limited request fields described above may be processed on a server outside your country. Payment providers process data in the jurisdictions where they operate.
10. Children
The product is intended for users who can enter into a binding contract. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children and do not target sponsored content at children.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the extension and reflected in the effective date and version number at the top of this page.
