Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. What you are buying
Every purchase is a digital license code for the browser extension. There is no physical shipment. The code is generated and shown on the confirmation page immediately after PayPal confirms the payment, and it activates the plan inside the extension. Plans differ only in duration and capture quota; the extension itself is the same.
2. Prices and currency
Overseas purchases are billed in US dollars through PayPal. Prices are shown on the pricing page and in the extension before you confirm the payment. Your bank or PayPal may add currency-conversion or tax charges, which are outside our control.
3. Refunds — 7-day window
If the product does not work for you, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To keep this simple:
- Unused license code (never activated in the extension): full refund, no questions asked.
- Used license code: full refund if the capture did not work for you, or if you report a clear defect (for example, a page that cannot be captured at all). Please describe what failed.
After 7 days, purchases are final, except where mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
4. Your right of withdrawal (EU / UK and similar jurisdictions)
The license is digital content supplied immediately. By completing the purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the license code has been issued. This does not affect the voluntary 7-day refund window in section 3, nor your rights where the content is defective.
5. How to request a refund
Email jasonchen@4api.net.cn with:
- your order number (shown on the confirmation page, usually starting with
P); - the PayPal transaction ID (optional but helpful);
- a one-line description of the problem, if any.
We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original PayPal account. PayPal refunds usually settle within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
6. License revocation after a refund
When an order is refunded or reversed, the license code issued for that order is revoked. The extension checks the license status with our server and falls back to the free daily quota. This also applies to chargebacks and PayPal disputes: the code stops working, and repeated abuse may lead to the purchase channel being blocked.
7. Cancellations
Nothing is charged until you confirm the payment in PayPal. Closing the PayPal window or cancelling there creates no order and no charge. Orders that are created but never paid expire automatically and are not billed.
